CONNECTING ON THE SACRED PLAYGROUND

Our trauma-sensitive, soul-centered coaching partnership draws on multiple modalities to meet you where you are at and gently yet intentionally guide you to where you want to go.

Safety comes first, within your own body and within our container. So, we begin with an Intake & Intention Setting Session, outlining the scope of our coaching journey. We’ll deepen into safety through somatic practices, exploration, exercises, breathwork, mindful communication, and IFS work — which we will continue to draw upon throughout our container. Together, we’ll identify what areas of life are out of alignment and will collaborate on a journey to explore a path towards more enlightenment, self discovery and alignment.

Depending on the primary focus of our work, you’ll receive a personalized protocol centering mindfulness, movement, (and always optional) microdosing, or some combination of the three. Throughout our weeks or months, you’ll be supported with nervous system tools, ritual guidance, lifestyle and health coaching, bi-weekly Integration & Exploration calls, and voice/text support in between sessions. At the end of our time together, we’ll connect for a 60-min co-created ceremony to celebrate your growth, create a plan for continued integration, and mark the close of our container.

MICRO-DOSING:

A guided 6-week or 3-month container for those seeking clarity, healing, and reconnection through the gentle yet transformative practice of microdosing. Together, we’ll create a supportive, personalized structure for our coaching — with a focus on nervous system safety, intention, and integration. Please note that this is not designed as a hallucinogenic, altered state. Microdosing provides a subtle yet powerful shift in mood, expanded consciousness, and connection to self. It is administered in a measured dose within a personalized protocol we design together.

ABOUT ME:

With over 15 years as a certified personal trainer and a deep commitment to trauma-informed care, I’ve grown my work to meet the full spectrum of what healing and transformation can look like. Bringing wisdom from a breath of modalities, and holding multiple certifications — including from the Mindfulness Medication Teacher Certification Program (via the 2-year training with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach), Trauma-Informed Strength Training (TIWL), Fast Like A Girl coaching (Mindy Pelz), Microdosing Facilitator Training (through Microdosing for Healing), Internal Family Systems work (with Govinda Bader and David Treleaven), and fitness specialties (Pose Technique Running Specialist, Fitness Technology Certified, ACSM certification in Personal Training, and Online Training Academy certified) — I hold space for both your inner evolution and outer embodiment.

My role in our healing partnership is to serve as a mirror and guide — co-mapping your unique reparative journey, weaving connections and creating vital touch points along the path, reflecting your growth and change, and holding a skillful container for your integration and transformation.

I practice what I teach, and I come to this work deeply committed to my own nuanced and complex journey of health and healing. Personally, I navigate chronic illness and childhood trauma, and am in the significant threshold of perimenopause. I continue to engage in ongoing, intentional healing work to manage the impact of these experiences and move towards healing.

The tools I bring to our work are tools that have best served me over a lifetime of self-discovery and physical healing; tools I have since studied and honed. My approach is connected and compassionate, and I bring a curiosity, deep listening ear, and ability to rejoice in the absurdity and delight of our human experience as well as skillfully meet you in the depths. From where there was wound, I can now offer wisdom.

Relational Medicine — Alternative to Microdosing

I have trained in the modality of microdosing, and find it to be a deeply potent and transformational tool. It encourages a relational way of engaging with nature, with medicine, with ourselves, instead of a distant or extractive or default approach. This ritualized, sacred exchange with the plants invites an embodied trust, an attunement, a connection, and a release.

While I love to incorporate the depth and expansive possibility of microdosing into coaching work, we can also access the energy of Relational Medicine through other means, including nutrition and nourishment support, intentional mindfulness practices, gratitude practice, nature observation, ceremony, and ritual.

I consider Relational Medicine to be an intentionally healing and health-enhancing experience that is reciprocal, connected, empowering, and ceremonial. It is rooted in a trust in ourselves, a commitment to self-awareness and self-practice, and a deep respect for the natural world. We can access this reverent, sacred exchange through microdosing, and also through non-hallucinogenic elements and approaches.
