Wednesday Movement Club
We’re excited to launch a new summer offering for our Fitness Union community!
June 24 – September 2
Wednesdays | 6:00–7:00 PM
This is a community-centered walk, jog, run, or combination gathering designed to support connection, accountability, movement, and time outdoors.
Whether you identify as a runner, walker, jogger, hiker, or simply someone looking for a reason to move and connect with others, you are welcome here.
Each week we’ll meet at Fitness Union, spend a few minutes warming up together, and then head out as a group. One coach will facilitate a walk route and one coach will facilitate a run route, with plenty of flexibility for people to move at the pace that feels supportive for them.

This offering is our way of giving back to our members while creating another opportunity for connection, movement, and community during the summer months.
We’re running this as a pilot program. If you’d like to see offerings like this continue, your participation and support matter. Attendance will help us determine whether this is something we continue to offer beyond the summer.
This is not a training program, race-prep group, or competitive running club. It’s an opportunity to move your body, spend time outdoors, connect with others, and explore movement in a supportive environment.
